Hurry and sign up for Stitchonomy’s Christmas 2021 cross-stitch SAL. The first part comes out Christmas Day!
Quick link: Sign up before December 10th on their website stitch-along.com
Alyssa is the designer and owner of Stitchonomy, and they are all about cross-stitch SALs. The latest one, A Storybook Halloween SAL 2021, just finished which had 9,300 stitchers in the group! But this means it’s time to gear up for the next one: Christmas 2021.
No word yet on the particular theme. Alyssa confirmed the theme is “Traditional Christmas”. The previous ones were Winter related with simply sweet icons like snowflakes or mittens. This one is different because the first release is the 25th of December Christmas Day. Fun!
Aside from the major seasonal themes, Alyssa also has come up with other great collections like Fantastic Fungi, Colorful Critters, and Homely Houseplants. Past SAL patterns can be purchased from the Stitchonomy Etsy shop. Or you can pay a really small monthly fee to join Alyssa’s library know as The Pattern Club.
So just to be clear:
- Current SALs are free but you have to sign up before the due date
- Past SAL patterns can be purchased in their Etsy shop
- for Pattern Club members current SALs are free and past ones are discounted
Another thing to be quick about is the Supply Kit if you need one. They are in limited quantities. Oh and prices vary depending on what Alyssa has in store for us. Supply kits typically contain:
- DMC floss cut to size and pre-sorted
- 14ct Aida
- Embroidery needle
- Bead or special charm
